1. How do the reclining motors work? 
The Arluto features a dual-motor system that allows you to control the headrest and the footrest independently. This means you can raise your feet while keeping your head upright for watching TV, or tilt both back for a full-sleep position.
 
2. Is this a "Zero-Wall" recliner? 
Yes, the Arluto is designed with a space-saving mechanism. While standard recliners need significant clearance, this model slides forward as it reclines, allowing it to be placed much closer to the wall.
 
3. Does every seat in the 3-seater recline?
Yes, all three seats are equipped with independent power controls. The middle seat uses touch sensitive capacitive switches for power control, located on the back surface of the seat.

Classic (Top-Grain): Durable and easier to clean; ideal for high-traffic homes with kids or pets.

6. What is the lead time for a custom-made Arluto sofa?
Each Arluto is built with Japanese quality control standards. The typical lead time is 4 to 8 weeks from the date of order to delivery in Singapore.
 
7. Will it fit through my doorway and lift?
The Arluto 3-Seater is a generous piece (approx. 255cm–285cm wide). We recommend measuring your lift height and doorway width. If access is tight, please contact us—the sofa can be delivered in modular sections and assembled on-site by our team.
 
8. Is assembly included in the delivery?
Yes, our professional delivery team provides free assembly and a full functional test of the electronic motors to ensure everything is working perfectly before they leave.
