The Namiko is CODA's answer to a sofa that works as hard as it relaxes. Designed and manufactured by our Japanese partner — a family-owned factory with over 90 years of sofa-making heritage — every component of the Namiko is built to a standard that goes beyond what you can see.
 
Four Configurations, One Sofa
Most sofas give you one sitting position. The Namiko gives you four. Each seat features independently adjustable push-back backrests and lift-up headrests, letting you move seamlessly between upright support for reading, a reclined posture for watching, and everything in between. Whether you're hosting guests or unwinding solo, the Namiko adapts without compromise.
 
Japanese Craftsmanship, From Frame to Finish
From frame construction to final stitching, the Namiko is built entirely within a single Japanese facility where conceptualisation, manufacturing, and quality control are all done in-house. Every process is inspected to Japanese tolerances — not as a marketing claim, but as a reflection of how they have worked for nearly a century.
 
Choose Your Leather
The Namiko is available in five leather grades, each sourced from a different part of the world:
Classic Half Leather — Top-grain pigmented leather from Brazil. Stain and water-resistant with a durable top coat. Well-suited to high-traffic households.
Premium Half Leather — Top/full-grain semi-aniline leather from Italy. Supple, breathable, and soft, with a light protective coat that preserves its natural character.
Classic Full Leather — Brazilian top-grain leather upholstered across the full sofa for a cleaner, more consistent finish.
Premium Full Leather — Italian semi-aniline leather in a full upholstery configuration. For those who want the feel of fine leather on every surface.
Luxury Full Leather — Full-grain aniline leather from Germany, sourced from Scandinavian cattle with traceable lineage. The most supple and breathable grade we offer — a sofa intended to be passed down.
